Caleb Wilborn co-founded Ageless Humans™ in 2021, bringing more than fifteen years of experience in dietary supplements and cosmetics manufacturing to the brand. His path to longevity science wasn't conventional. As a professional surfer, Caleb developed an early obsession with what the body is actually capable of — how it recovers, adapts, and performs under pressure. That same relentless curiosity about human potential became the engine behind everything Ageless Humans™ creates. As of January 2026, Caleb serves as President & CEO, leading the company's next chapter with full ownership of its vision and direction.
From the beginning, Ageless Humans™ was built differently. Rather than outsourcing formulation and production, the brand went vertical — establishing a 10,000 square foot FDA-registered manufacturing facility in Vista, California. Every product that carries the Ageless Humans™ name is developed, produced, and quality-controlled in-house, from concept to shelf. That level of ownership over the process is uncommon in the supplement industry and completely intentional: it's how the brand guarantees that what's on the label is what's in the bottle.
What began as a focused line of longevity supplements has grown into one of the most comprehensive human optimization ecosystems in the space. The Ageless Humans™ portfolio now spans cellular energy (NAD+, NMN), peptide therapies, methylene blue formulations, metabolic support, senolytic protocols, topical regeneration, and more — all developed and manufactured in-house to the same exacting standard. Caleb's approach to wellness has always been rooted in something bigger than product development. Since 2003, he has been deeply involved with Surfers Healing, the nonprofit dedicated to taking autistic children surfing — a commitment that reflects his belief that wellbeing is about connection, joy, and living fully, not just optimizing biomarkers.

Caleb brings a dynamic blend of expertise and passion to the team. With a background as a professional surfer and over 15 years of entrepreneurial experience in the dietary supplements and cosmetics manufacturing sector, Caleb's journey is one of continuous innovation and excellence. His operational leadership ensures that every product under the Ageless Humans™ brand, recognized for offering some of the top anti-aging products in the industry, meets the highest standards of quality and efficacy. Matt Russell is the COO of Ageless Humans and a leading voice in the evolution of modern wellness—pioneering a new approach to human optimization rooted in energy, environment, and cellular performance. His work challenges conventional, symptom-based models of health by introducing a more foundational philosophy: "We are physics before biology."
Before entering the wellness industry, Matt spent over two decades as a Fire Captain, Paramedic, and Hazardous Materials Technician. His career provided firsthand insight into the long-term effects of stress, toxic exposure, and sleep disruption on the human body. As an instructor, he trained both new recruits and seasoned professionals, developing a deep understanding of how the body performs under pressure—and what causes it to break down over time.
Driven to find solutions beyond traditional medicine, Matt transitioned into the study of natural health, biohacking, and human performance. He is the founder of Novas Labs and co-creator of Wellphora, where he developed over 75 wellness products and built a nationally distributed brand rooted in quality, transparency, and results.
Matt is also the founder of Secret Biohacks, a rapidly growing platform designed to educate and expand awareness around energy-based wellness and the unseen forces that influence human biology. Alongside this, he has launched and scaled multiple wellness brands, creating an integrated ecosystem that connects education, product innovation, and real-world application.
As the architect behind this emerging category of energy-driven health, Matt leads Ageless Humans with a vision to move beyond outdated paradigms and toward true optimization—helping individuals take control of their biology, enhance performance, and extend their healthspan.
